Sensitive Personal Information
Note that Western Point Global Solutions Limited may process sensitive personal information in limited circumstances to carry out our due diligence screening processes for business partners’ owners, shareholders, and directors (pre-contract and on a periodic basis during the contractual relationship) or for health and safety reasons when providing the Service. The due diligence screening is conducted against publicly available resources, such as government issued sanctions lists and media sources.
